I think I was actually quoting what he said in an interview! That’s one reason I like Aidan Turner – he is very laid-back and not a lot seems to faze him!
But certainly, we don’t want anyone dissing our favourite programme 🙂

Aidan doesn’t actually wear a wig “in the show”. In Season 1 it was all his own hair; in Season 2 he’s wearing extensions at the back and sides (due to his hair being cut for a previous role), but it’s his own hair on top; in Season 3, it will be back to all his own hair.

I’m clarifying because we really don’t need any more reason for the tabloid press to start having a go at him/the show, and they will pick up on anything the public say about the show.
