You’re so right, there are no rules and there is still such a long way to go regarding mental health and the stigma attatched and also the support out there. I felt guilty for being happy during lockdown. I missed seeing my family of coirse, but not having to explain why you cant meet up, or trying to make excuses to not go was bliss!
